A cross-border eTwinning initiative connecting students to foster understanding, respect, and a shared vision for a peaceful world.
"Let's Stop War Together" is a collaborative eTwinning project that brings together students and teachers from partner schools to actively promote peace, tolerance, empathy, and social justice through creative digital activities and meaningful dialogue.
Through international cooperation, creative design, digital communication, and spiritual elements, students develop self-efficacy, media literacy, empathy, and intercultural understanding. The project focuses on collaborative tasks in international teams, exchange of analog and digital peace messages, design of peace symbols for schools, and a joint digital peace book.
Interactive, student-centered activities designed to inspire creativity and foster global citizenship.
Students created interactive games and quizzes about online safety. Activities include watching awareness videos, designing secure internet games, and developing collaborative quizzes.
A collaborative poster project and scenario-based tasks about respectful online communication. Students analyzed real-life situations and proposed conflict resolution strategies.
Students created a collaborative playlist of peace-themed songs from different cultures. Each song is shared with a personal reflection on why it represents peace and unity.
For International Day of Peace, students designed symbolic posters using warm vs. cool colors to depict war and peace. The white dove, olive branch, and other peace symbols were explored creatively.
For International Day of Tolerance, each partner school wrote a section promoting peace, tolerance, and international cooperation. Google Slides and Canva collaborative boards were used.
